aiyaa, forgot to capture the chili & lemongrass, they're actually quite important in making a yummy tomyam soup..... paiseh paiseh "^^"
First of all, boil chili & lemongrass in a pan of water with sliced onions, followed by all the other ingredients.
Noted that the broccoli, cabbage, and crabsticks should not be added until the last 10 minutes. And also the tomyam paste shall be added right before "itadakimasu" desu yo~
roughly after 40 minutes.....

Daa lang! tomyam is ready! yum yum~ |
Meantime I would like to promote promote a self-made strawberry "xi mi lu" (草莓西米露) ~^^~
It's easy to cook but time consuming coz the bigger sized sago took time to be cooked.
It's recommended to boil the big sago in pan of water first, and then turn to medium heat while keep stirring to prevent the pearls stick to each other. When the sago pearls turn clear with opaque white dot in the middle, turn off the heat and cover for 10-15 min.
Add in the small sago pearls and cook for another 15-20 min, stir constantly. When all the big & small sago pearls turn all clear, turn off the heat and drain the pearls with cold water immediately.
Because I have only sweetened creamer in my house, so I diluted it with water to get a milk-like viscosity, in order to replace milk in the recipe. ;D
Toss cooked sago pearls into the "milk" and send the whole into fridge to be chilled.
After 30 min, add in the sliced strawberry, the cool and refreshing strawberry xi mi lu is now ready to eat~
